The Government has the need to renovate NCIS spaces to accommodate a special functional area. The work includes installing wire on the exterior windows to rooms 113 and 111, closing access to room 110 from room 111, and adding access from room 111 to room 113 via a solid core door that is windowless with lock and key. Any electrical or HVAC interference shall be rerouted. Finishes will match existing. Carpet repairs will be required for the affected areas. This project consists of minor design, material procurement and installation of various electrical components.
