Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Trimble Military and Advanced Systems

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Trimble Military and Advanced Systems (Trimble). The requirement is for the purchase of the following supply: GPS Receiver (Force 5M Force 5M GRAM-S/M, SSV D730), QTY: 4. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote.

A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220: Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and the business standard size is 1250 employees.
