Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to EXAIL DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC. (CAGE 3MFU2, 27 Wellington Rd., Lincoln, RI 02865). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:(1) Pack Marins M9 BKA G3 Surface ? Precision fiber-optic inertial navigation system (qty 2)(2) Interface Plate ? Marins Series M3 to M11 (qty 2)(3) Shipping FOB Destination (qty 1)This notice of intent is not a request for quote.

A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
