## Description

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to EXAIL DEFENSE SYSTEMS, INC. (CAGE 3MFU2, 27 Wellington Rd., Lincoln, RI 02865). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:(1) Pack Marins M9 BKA G3 Surface ? Precision fiber-optic inertial navigation system (qty 2)(2) Interface Plate ? Marins Series M3 to M11 (qty 2)(3) Shipping FOB Destination (qty 1)This notice of intent is not a request for quote.

A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 and the size standard is 1,350 Employees.
