AWARD NOTICE

See attached Justification and Approval related to the following Award Notice. Greensea Systems Inc., Richmond, Vermont, is awarded a $18,154,710 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-with-no-fee and firm-fixed-price pricing for engineering technical services and hardware in support of autonomous and remotely operated systems operating in maritime environments.

Work will be performed in Richmond, Vermont (99%) and outside the continental U.S. (1%), This contract includes a seven-year ordering period that starts June 29, 2026, and ends June 28, 2033. No funds will be obligated at the time of award. Funds will be obligated as delivery and task orders are issued utilizing Other Procurement, Operation and Maintenance, and Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation. This contract was awarded as a sole-source acquisition pursuant to 10 U.S.C. ? 3204(a)(1). Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego, California, is the contracting activity (N66001-26-D-0004).
