Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to W5 Technologies Inc (CAGE 56YX1 at 1525 N Hayden RD STE 115 Scottsdale, AZ 85257-3771). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

Item 0003 Description:

Option Year 2P/N: 1900-2-MAINT (CY27) QTY: 1 EA. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519 and the size standard is $34M.
