Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to W5 Technologies Inc (CAGE 56YX1 at 1525 N Hayden RD STE 115 Scottsdale, AZ 85257-3771). The requirement is for the purchase of the following:

A determination by the Government not to complete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.
