N66001-24-Q-6296 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to Quaesta Instruments This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Quaesta Instruments LLC, Entity ID: MMZBQQU8TFN3, CAGE Code 6ARQ2, 1665 E 18th St Ste 207, Tucson, AZ 85719 The requirement is for the following Quaesta Instruments, printed circuit boards:

(Model: NPM3100-Neuchrometer-SPW-REV A) Qty: 60 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Quaesta Instruments under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request.

The applicable NAICS Code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing and the size standard is 600 Employees. Please be advised the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

Interest parties must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
