The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Quaesta Instruments LLC, Entity ID: MMZBQQU8TFN3, CAGE Code 6ARQ2, 1665 E 18th St Ste 207, Tucson, AZ 85719 The requirement is for the following Quaesta Instruments, printed circuit boards: MFG: Quaesta Instruments P/N: NPM3100SPW-4/6/8 Description: NPM3100SPW-4/6/8. Electronics module modified for use with 4,6,8-counter detector modules. (Model: NPM3100-Neuchrometer-SPW-REV A) Qty: 20 MFG: Quaesta Instruments P/N: NPM3100SPW-4/6/8 Description: NPM3100SPW-4/6/8. Electronics module modified for use with 4,6,8-counter detector modules. (Model: NPM3100-Neuchrometer-SPW-REV A) Qty: 60 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Quaesta Instruments under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334519 – Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing and the size standard is 600 Employees.
