MODULE ELECTRONICS BOX (MEB) AND HAZARDOUS ELECTRONICS BOX (HEB)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is required to procure MEB and HEB for MK 41 Vertical Launch System (VLS). NSWC PHD is a field activity of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). The Contractor is responsible for the timely performance of all tasks defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This SOW, with its supporting attachments and referenced documentation, describes the requirement for the manufacture, assembly, test, and delivery of VLS MEB and HEB.

TDP can be requested by email from the contracting officer nayneet.kaur.civ@us.navy.mil and the contracts specialist timothy.c.scully2.civ@us.navy.mil. Provide:1. Cage code 2. Data universal number (DUNS) 3. Email of the point of contact who shall receive the TDP. The requesting contractor will be need an active account in the following systems: 1. Sam.gov 2. Joint certification program (JCP).

The requesting contractor in their email will make a positive statement agreeing to delete the TDP within 90 days of receipt and will notify by email the contracting officer of the deletion of the TDP. The TDP will be sent through DoD Safe.
