Data universal number (DUNS) 3. Email of the point of contact who shall receive the TDP. The requesting contractor will be need an active account in the following systems: 1. Sam.gov 2. Joint certification program (JCP). The requesting contractor in their email will make a positive statement agreeing to delete the TDP within 90 days of receipt and will notify by email the contracting officer of the deletion of the TDP.
