Naval Supply Systems Command Location: NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka This is an INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT by Fleet Readiness Center Western Pacific (FRC WESTPAC) and NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) for Contractor Field Team (CFT) In-Service Repair (ISR) of United States Marine Corps (USMC) and United States Navy (USN) Aircraft in Australia. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.

The planned industry day will serve as a market research tool, both for informing industry of United States Government (USG) requirements for these services and for determining industry's interest, awareness and capabilities for providing those services. The industry day forum will allow for networking among interested service providers and lead to USG awareness of industry's capabilities for supporting these aircraft.

FRC WESTPAC will hold the Industry Day in Brisbane, Australia (Brisbane CBD) on 22 February 2024, beginning at 9:00 AM (AEST) and ending on or about 5:00 PM (AEST). In general, requirements will consist of CFT ISR Services, Drop-in ISR Services, Technical Directives and Modifications, O-Level Maintenance, and Miscellaneous Aircraft Services.

Aviation maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) service providers will have the opportunity to learn about FRC WESTPAC's mission and to meet with USG personnel responsible for developing and administering the planned contract. Interested parties may provide feedback for the USG to consider in developing the requirement. If questions arise during the industry day that cannot be answered in person, those answers will be published on SAM.gov after the event.

There will be opportunities for Industry/Government one-on-one sessions on 22 February 2024 for interested service providers. Depending on the number of companies attending, the one-on-one sessions are anticipated to be held in 15-minute intervals. To facilitate one-on-one session scheduling, advance registration is requested.

Parties interested in attending the industry day and the one-on-one sessions are requested to submit the attached document to FLCY Contracting: Sara Robinson at Sara.e.robinson19.civ@us.navy.mil and Jonathan Groeschel at jonathan.j.groeschel.civ@us.navy.mil. Please include company name, names and titles of participating individuals, and contact information to include telephone numbers and email addresses. Participating companies are requested to include CAGE and DUNS codes if available.

Due to space limitations, no more than two (2) participants per company may attend the event and the Government may need to limit the number of companies allowed to attend. Priority will be given on a first-to-register basis. Additional instructions (including venue address) for accessing the Industry Day location will be provided to the Industry Day registrants.

All registrations must be received no later than 5:00 PM (JST) time on 15 February 2024. Vendors are responsible for securing their own lodging and food during this event. Industry participation is voluntary and the USG will not reimburse respondents or attendees for efforts expended as a result of this notice. The USG will provide draft solicitation documents describing our planned requirements in a future update to SAM.gov.
