This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. The planned industry day will serve as a market research tool, both for informing industry of United States Government (USG) requirements for these services and for determining industry's interest, awareness and capabilities for providing those services. The industry day forum will allow for networking among interested service providers and lead to USG awareness of industry's capabilities for supporting these aircraft. FRC WESTPAC will hold the Industry Day in Brisbane, Australia (Brisbane CBD) on 22 February 2024, beginning at 9:00 AM (AEST) and ending on or about 5:00 PM (AEST). In general, requirements will consist of CFT ISR Services, Drop-in ISR Services, Technical Directives and Modifications, O-Level Maintenance, and Miscellaneous Aircraft Services. Aviation maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) service providers will have the opportunity to learn about FRC WESTPAC's mission and to meet with USG personnel responsible for developing and administering the planned contract. Interested parties may provide feedback for the USG to consider in developing the requirement. If questions arise during the industry day that cannot be answered in person, those answers will be published on SAM.gov after the event. There will be opportunities for Industry/Government one-on-one sessions on 22 February 2024 for interested service providers. Depending on the number of companies attending, the one-on-one sessions are anticipated to be held in 15-minute intervals. To facilitate one-on-one session scheduling, advance registration is requested. Industry participation is voluntary and the USG will not reimburse respondents or attendees for efforts expended as a result of this notice.
