Glover, Honolulu, HI (N6247824D4036); Kiewit Infrastructure West, Co., Honolulu, HI (N6247824D4037); Nan, Inc., Honolulu, HI (N6247824D4038); Pave-Tech, Inc.*, Carlsbad, CA (N6247824D4039); Road and Hifghway Builders, LLC, Honolulu, HI (N6247824D4040) were awarded a combined $98,000,000.00 indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple award design-bid-build (DBB) contract to perform asphaltic concrete pavement, airfield asphalt concrete pavement, roadway or parking lot asphaltic concrete pavement, airfield, roadway or parking lot concrete pavement, and other incidental related work to include but not be limited to sidewalks and curbs, marking and striping of pavement, area lighting drainage systems, grading, and miscellaneous drainage improvements within the State of Hawaii.

The areas of consideration will include, but not limited to, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and miscellaneous Federal and other facilities. [*small business] The maximum combined dollar value, including the base period of five years and one option period of three years, for all six contracts is $98,000,000.00. Work will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Hawaii AO, and is expected to be completed by 4 September 2032.
