Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to test 75 MK8 life raft cylinders under DoT-Special Permit (DoT-SP) 1632.
