## Description

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to test 75 MK8 life raft cylinders under DoT-Special Permit (DoT-SP) 1632. The required services are for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented by the additional information included in this notice.

The requirement will be solicited as Other than Full and Open competition (Sole Source). The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 541380. The small business size standard is $19,000,000. The Product Service Code is H220. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to begin January 15, 2026, through March 15, 2026.
