This Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for mobile wireless and cellular telecommunication solutions to support official, mission-essential duties for military, U.S. civilian, and designated contractor personnel across the NAVFAC Marianas Area of Operations (AO), which includes but is not limited to Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Palau, and Yap.
