INSTALL SURGE PROTECTION DEVICES AT NAVY MUNITIONS AREA, MISAWA, JAPAN

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and any other necessary work to remove existing electrical panelboards, watt-hour meter, light control panel, heating control panels and install electrical panelboards, light control panel, heating control panels, surge protection devices (SPD) at building 1424, 1425, 1430, 1431, 1433, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1605, 1606, 1607, 1608 and 1620, Misawa Air Base in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract including attachments.

Pre-solicitation conference and site visit are scheduled on 5 Dec 2024, 0900 hours. Pre-solicitation conference will be conducted at NAVFAC FE, PWD Misawa, Bldg. 987, Misawa Air Base, Japan at 0900 hours, then participants will move to Navy Munitions Area for site survey. Local Source Restrictions. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally based in and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.
