In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is estimated between ?25,000,000 to ?50,000,000. Award shall be made to the lowest responsible quoter. The quoter?s financial status and past performance shall be reviewed to determine the qualification, responsiveness, and responsibility of the offeror/quoter. Local Source Restrictions.
