The work includes removal of existing chiller unit, expansion tank, condenser water piping, and those related piping, pipe insulation, valves, and accessories, provision of those new units and related items, butterfly valves and gate valve, and also modification of existing concrete foundation, power and control conduit wiring, all in accordance with the contract drawings. Attachments 1 and 2 will be made available via approved controlled document request in Contract Opportunities (sam.gov).

SITE VISIT** An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, 1 August 2024. All vendors who wish to attend the site visit shall submit site visit request no later than 29 July 2024.
