The work includes removal of existing chiller unit, expansion tank, condenser water piping, and those related piping, pipe insulation, valves, and accessories, provision of those new units and related items, butterfly valves and gate valve, and also modification of existing concrete foundation, power and control conduit wiring, all in accordance with the contract drawings.
