"Dry Ice" Ventilation Cleaning onboard a Virginia-Class Submarine

The Period of Performance for HRMC-043-24 has been changed to 19 August 2024 - 07 September 2024. Proposals will be due on 20 May 2024 at 0900 HST. The solicitation document N32253-24-Q-0045 has been revised to show the proposal deadline of 20 May 2024 at 0900 HST. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to perform work in accordance with work package HRMC-043-24.

Note: In order to qualify for this requirement, Offerors must currently possess and provide documentation of their NAVSEA-approved vent cleaning procedure for Virginia-class submarines. The tentative Period of Performance is 20 May 2024 - 08 June 2024. The Solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0045. Proposals will be due on 01 May 2024 at 0900 HST. Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and secondary point of contacts listed in this posting.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-02, DFARS (01/22/2024) and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code is J999 Non-Nuclear Ship Repair (West). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov by the award date.
