All other terms and condition of this solicitation remain unchanged. The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1. SubCLIN 0001AA is hereby deleted in its entirety.

2. The option SubCLIN 0001AB is hereby deleted in its entirety.

3. SubCLIN 0001AB is hereby incorporated into this solicitation, N00383-23-R-TL91 4. The total qty of this solicitation is hereby increased by 2 units from 8 units to 10 units. All other terms and condition of this solicitation remain unchanged. This is a Spares requirement for the items listed in this solicitation.

All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. \
