Bldg 1003 UPS Head Unit Install

Amendment 0001. This amendment is to provide answers to PPI, incorporate current WDOL, and to extend the proposal due date. This solicitation is issued to support Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport to remove 2 existing UPS power heads and replace with 2 new Government provided power heads at NUWC Keyport, WA. The project requires the contractor to remove the existing units, install new Government provided units and modify electrical conduits and conductors.

This requirement is issued as a non-commercial service in accordance with FAR 13.1. The Government anticipates awarding a single firm fixed price construction type contract. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13 and 36, utilizing Low Price Technically Acceptable evaluation factors. The contracting office is not maintaining a bidders list.
