NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to Mustang Survival MFG, INC 201 Busch DR E Jacksonville, Florida, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement is for thirty-two (32) new Aviation Rescue Swimmer Dry Suits. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 23 April 2024 12:00 p.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
