This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS.

On 20 June 2024, NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Regional Directorate, Philadelphia office, located at 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111 awarded a firm-fixed-price delivery order (N0018924FZ665) through GSA Schedule, GS-35F-0199R, to HID Global. It was awarded to acquire Guardian 200 Fingerprint Scanners (with GSA trade-up discounts) and Maintenance/technical support of the hardware in support of various locations throughout Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC).

This action was solicited on a limited source, sole-source basis. Authority to limit sources to less than those required by FAR 8.405-1 and FAR 8.405-2 are found in FAR 8.405-6. The total award value of this order is $481,119.84, inclusive of all options. The contract requires a delivery by 15 July 2024 for the scanners and contains a twelve-month base period of performance for maintenance/technical support along with four (4) twelve-month options.
