G003 - tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies game to be held on 31 July 2024 at Citizens Bank Park in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support and their ERAC Event.

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit the Philadelphia Phillies for tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies game to be held on 31 July 2024 at Citizens Bank Park in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) and their Employee Recognition and Awards Ceremony (ERAC).

The contractor (Philadelphia Phillies) will provide for ticketed attendance at the Philadelphia Phillies baseball game for 588 employees as well as a food and beverage voucher to each person receiving a ticket redeemable at any food vendor within the confines of the ballpark.

The proposed solicitation will be processed on a sole source basis with the Philadelphia Phillies as they are the only known source that can meet the government’s minimum requirement at this time in terms of location (i.e., distance from the work site), date availability, and ability to accommodate the NAVSUP WSS workforce. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement for the ERAC event.

All responses received will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses received in response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. System for Award Management (SAM) Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Government and can be obtained at www.SAM.gov.
