The contractor (Philadelphia Phillies) will provide for ticketed attendance at the Philadelphia Phillies baseball game for 588 employees as well as a food and beverage voucher to each person receiving a ticket redeemable at any food vendor within the confines of the ballpark. The proposed solicitation will be processed on a sole source basis with the Philadelphia Phillies as they are the only known source that can meet the government’s minimum requirement at this time in terms of location (i.e., distance from the work site), date availability, and ability to accommodate the NAVSUP WSS workforce. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement for the ERAC event. All responses received will be considered by the Government.
