Teledyne brand DGO connector plugs and plug components

The Government intends to solicit for: Teledyne DGO connector plugs and plug components, as detailed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is a brand name, minimum specifications only request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0016725Q1198. The NAICS code is 335931 and the business size standard is 600 Employees.

The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20211130. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition in the future. All responses shall include official company name, firm fixed price (FFP), FOB destination, a point of contact name and phone number, CAGE code, business size and payment terms.

Each response must also clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. Additionally, any applicable freight/shipping charges must be incorporated into the line items as we are not authorized to pay standalone shipping/freight costs. Quote packages shall be submitted by email to lametria.r.smith.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 9:00 am EST on Tuesday 30 September 2025. Late quotes will not be considered.
