The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-02 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20211130. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition in the future. All responses shall include official company name, firm fixed price (FFP), FOB destination, a point of contact name and phone number, CAGE code, business size and payment terms.
