315990 SPECIAL NOTICE: The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to draft specifications and standards to accommodate a variety of design solutions and processes, and to encourage a broad vendor base. MARCORSYSCOM is preparing draft MC-PD-24-002 GLOVE, CONTACT, COLD WEATHER. This notice serves as an invitation for industry to review and provide comments on the attached draft document during the review period.

Comments on the draft may be submitted to lee.a.charpentier.civ@army.mil on the attached Consolidated Comments Form (CCF) with the document number in the subject line prior to the review period end date of 9/30/24. Comments that are not submitted on the CCF may not be considered. This is NOT A SOLICITATION, nor is it a request for alternate products, materials or designs. Any proposals for the adoption of alternate products, materials or designs will be ignored. After this review period, the final document may be used as the basis for a solicitation.
