**315990 SPECIAL NOTICE:** The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to draft specifications and standards to accommodate a variety of design solutions and processes, and to encourage a broad vendor base. MARCORSYSCOM is preparing draft MC-PD-24-002 GLOVE, CONTACT, COLD WEATHER. This notice serves as an invitation for industry to review and provide comments on the attached draft document during the review period.
