Fiber Laser Cutter

The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch (AVTB) intends to procure a Fiber Laser Cutter. Please see the attached RFQ M68909-25-Q-7913 for the detailed information.

Amendment 1: This Combined Synopsis M68909-25-Q-7913 is being extended to issue an amendment no later than 11 August 2025 to clarify the Specifications/Needs Statement.

POSTED AMENDMENT 1 on 11 August 2025): Revised the Minimum Specifications of Laser Cutter paragraph within the Specifications/Needs Statement Section. See the Attachment Section for the amendment (RFQ M68909-25-Q-7913-A00001), and a copy of the conformed version which incorporates the changes (RFQ M68909-25-Q-7913-A00001 Conf) for easier viewing.

AMENDMENT 2: This Combined Synopsis M68909-25-Q-7913 is being extended to 1500 PST 25 August 2025. See the Attachment Section for the amendment (RFQ M6890925Q7913P0002_SOL), and a copy of the conformed version which incorporates the changes (RFQ M6890925Q7913P0002_Conformed) for easier viewing.

POSTED AMENDMENT 2 on 16 August 2025): Amendment issued to affect the following:

1. Revise Contract Line-Item Number 0001 description to match the Minimum Specifications of Laser Cutter. We have specified 3kW minimum and no more than 6kW maximum.

2. Site visit will be available to interested parties 19 August 2025 from 0900 to 1100. Location Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, Building #210536. Camp Pendleton, CA 92055. MUST CONTACT Harold Kang if interested in attending site visit for access: harold.kang@usmc.mil (760) 212-3969 before 1600 18 August 2025.

3. The Government will accept no further questions after 3:00 pm (Pacific Time), 20 August 2025.

4. Extend the response due date to 3:00 pm (Pacific Time), 25 August 2025.

5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

POSTED AMENDMENT 3 on 22 August 2025: Amendment issued to affect the following:

1. Provide responses to questions received.

2. Revise the example from a "front loading" machine to a "side loading" machine that perfectly meets our requirement within the Minimum Specifications from the Specifications/Needs Statement.

3. Add photos for layout and dimensions in the Specifications/Needs Statement.

4. Added Freight and Rigging, and revised the Delivery in the description of CLIN 0001 and the Deliveries and Performance Section.

5. Added FAR 52.225-5 Trade Agreements by reference within FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

6. All other terms and conditions remain the same. See below for the Amendement 3 attachments.
