The intent of this procurement is to replace the large footprint of the existing waterjet cutter with a smaller enclosed waterjet cutter and an additional fiber laser cutting machine. The combined procurements (smaller waterjet with a fiber laser cutter) will maintain the current mission essential capabilities of the older equipment and add new capabilities that we currently do not have. The capabilities of these machines provide is imperative to supporting our mission and supporting our customers.Minimum Specifications of Laser Cutter:- Cutting area no less than 50 inches by 50 inches. Anything under that won?t meet our requirement for cutting.
