Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Marine Corps Field Contracting System, Marine Corps Forces Reserve, New Orleans, LA hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Renaissance Hotel Operating Company (The Mayflower Hotel), 1127 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, District of Columbia, 20036, under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) Only Soliciting from a single source. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.

This requirement is to provide Marine Forces South with the following SOLE SOURCE services: CLIN 0001 Facility Rentals and AV Services CLIN 0002 Attrition Fees Period of Performance: 03 – 06 August 2025 Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement.
