SOURCES SOUGHT FOR LODGING SERVICES This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote/proposal and there is no solicitation package available at this time. The United States Air Force is seeking sources to provide lodging services from 13 October 2024 to 30 October 2024 within 25 miles of Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The small business size standard is $40M.

The Product Service Code is V231, Transportation/Travel/Relocation—Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Lodging, Hotel/Motel. This acquisition is for a Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 service. Currently, funds are NOT available. Description of Requirement 74 Double Rooms 111 Single Rooms Contract Type: Anticipating a firm fixed price contract.

Information Required This acquisition is being considered for Small Business Socio-Economic contracting programs (i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Small Business set-aside.
