Transportation Security Administration (TSA), ON AIRPORT LEASE, Alexandria International Airport (AEX)

The United States Government intends to award a lease using Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Transportation Security Administration for a New Lease in Alexandria, LA at Alexandria International Airport (AEX) on 10/01/2024. The Government requires ON AIRPORT space yielding a minimum of 240 ANSI/BOMA SF. The space must be located on airport property, and all ancillary services must be included as part of the rental consideration.

This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established TSA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. Any and all redactions in this published document (that is, language marked out or deleted) have been identified and confirmed by the Government as contractor proprietary information which the Government must protect from unauthorized disclosure.

As the Government's intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (SAM.Gov) and all public comments considered at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
