Procure Six (6) Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurses (RN) for Northern Navajo Medical Center

Amendment No. 1: NNMC has a new requirement to procure a total of SIX (6) Operating Room Registered Nurses (RN). The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has a requirement for six (6) Operating Room Registered Nurses (RN) for the Operating Room Department. **It is the responsibility of the Offerer to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel.

Any personnel submitted by multiple offerers will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.** The anticipated Period of Performance date for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months starting from the Date of Award with a Base Period of six (6) months and one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34.0M.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price.
