## Description

**Amendment No. 1:** NNMC has a new requirement to procure a total of SIX (6) Operating Room Registered Nurses (RN). The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420, has a requirement for six (6) Operating Room Registered Nurses (RN) for the Operating Room Department. **It is the responsibility of the Offerer to submit only qualified, applicable and available full-time personnel.

Any personnel submitted by multiple offerers will not be forwarded for evaluation and further consideration.** The anticipated Period of Performance date for this requirement will be for twelve (12) continuous months starting from the Date of Award with a Base Period of six (6) months and one (1) Option Period of six (6) months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320 – Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34.0M.

Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), minimum education requirements, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by February 28, 2024. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business set-aside. Please email your offers with attached pricing schedule.
