08/15/2024 SUBJECT: CyberArk Consulting Services – Computer/Info Systems Manager Dear Offeror, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of the Inspector General (HUD OIG) is seeking establishment of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract for a Computer/Information Systems Manager for CyberArk Consulting Services as described in the following solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP): RFP-HUG-OIT-24-0031.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract award. The Contract will include one (1) twelve-month Base Period with a Period of Performance (POP) of 09/30/2024-09/29/2025. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement utilizing NAICS code 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Interested offerors shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for RFP-HUG-OIT-24-0031, Attn: KMMacDonald/GLJohnson” due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Tuesday, 08/20/2024. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Friday, 08/23/2024, and must follow these instructions: Use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted.

In addition to the proposals for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your proposals. Completion of Attachment 1 – Pricing Worksheet is required for all proposal submissions.
