Vane Line Bunkering, LLC has been awarded an estimated $34,997,374.00 firm fixed-price contract (HTC71125CE120). Work includes the transportation of Department of Defense-owned bulk jet fuel (JP5), marine diesel (F76), and commercial (Jet-A) by tug and barge between all ordered United States ports and points on the Atlantic and Gulf Coast and their connecting waterways, inland waterways, coastal waterways, rivers, and tributaries.
The period of performance consists of a base period (1 Sep 2025 through 31 Aug 2026) with four 1-year option periods (1 Sep 2026 through 31 Aug 2027; 1 Sep 2027 through 31 Aug 2028; 1 Sep 2028 through 31 Aug 2029; and 1 Sep 2029 through 31 Aug 2030), and an optional six-month extension (1 Sep 2030 through 28 Feb 2031). Fiscal year 2025 Defense Working Capital Funds will be used for this award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
