The contractor shall provide barge transportation services using contractor-supplied equipment. The period of performance for the proposed solicitation, HTC71125RW001, will consist of a one (1) year base period from 1 September 2025 through 31 August 2026, four (4) one year option periods, and one (1) six month extension of service.
