Notice of Intent to award a sole source requirement to Steven Gaffney Company (SAM UEI: MNFYJJM8SL31) for FEHRM Strategic Planning Seminar. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest by submitting their capability no later than Friday, April 30, 2024 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
