## Description

Notice of Intent to award a sole source requirement to Steven Gaffney Company (SAM UEI: MNFYJJM8SL31) for FEHRM Strategic Planning Seminar. Steven Gaffney Company is the only vendor capable of producing a Strategic Planning Seminar that meets the FEHRM team’s needs. The Steve Gaffney Company stands out as the only vendor to meet the needs of FEHRM.

Currently, they are the only vendor who already maintains a clear understanding of the FEHRM and can therefore meet our tight deadline, they have a unique trademark approach that fits the mission of the FEHRM, and they offer a lifetime guarantee to ensure continued success. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest by submitting their capability no later than Friday, April 30, 2024 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability information can be emailed to Rachael Bealer, Contract Specialist. Emails must be received no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time.
