GCMC Transportation Solicitation

The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) Contracting Office at George C. Marshall Center (GCMC), Garmisch, Germany, intends to solicit and establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Transportation Services. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) BPA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 485310, Taxi and Ridesharing Services.

The solicitation no. HQ084724R0013 will be issued as full and open to transportation service companies located within 30 km of the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch, Germany and made available on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at (https://piee.eb.mil). Paper copies will not be available. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates on the solicitation and/or amendments to any and all documents.

Description of Service: The objective of this contract is to obtain non-personal services for transportation in the George C. Marshall Center’s commuting area. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and transportation and other non-personal services necessary as outlined in the performance work statement.
