## Description

The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) Contracting Office at George C. Marshall Center (GCMC), Garmisch, Germany, intends to solicit and establish a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Transportation Services. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) BPA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 485310, Taxi and Ridesharing Services.

The solicitation no. HQ084724R0013 will be issued as full and open to transportation service companies located within 30 km of the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch, Germany and made available on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at (https://piee.eb.mil). Paper copies will not be available. **Description of Service:** The objective of this contract is to obtain non-personal services for transportation in the George C. Marshall Center’s commuting area. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and transportation and other non-personal services necessary as outlined in the performance work statement.

**Period of Performance:** (1) Twelve Month Base Year plus (4) Twelve Month Option Years and (1) Six-month Extension Place of Performance: GCMC, Garmisch, Germany QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES TO SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 All questions, concerns, or requests for clarification for this RFP shall be submitted via Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil using the Offer Tab by September 5, 2024 at 1:00PM Local Germany Time. SOLICITATION EXTENSION AMENDMENT 0002 Response date has been extend to September 13, 2024.
