This acquisition covers critical preventative maintenance, emergency on-site repair, and proprietary software lifecycle management for the standalone, air-gapped Distech Building Automation Control System serving DTRA Bldg. The scope is strictly limited to the building automation controls, databases, and communication network; it explicitly excludes the repair of physical mechanical HVAC plant equipment (e.g., chillers, boilers, AHUs), which is handled under the base maintenance contract.
