The scope is strictly limited to the building automation controls, databases, and communication network; it explicitly excludes the repair of physical mechanical HVAC plant equipment (e.g., chillers, boilers, AHUs), which is handled under the base maintenance contract. The requirement mandates a 24-hour maximum system downtime, immediate on-site response times (1 to 2 hours), and strict DTRA IT Security (ISSM) pre-approval for all manual software patching.
