U.S. Army Special Operations Command Notice of Intent / Combined Synopsis H92239-24-Q-3001 The U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) sole source with MAN IN THE ARENA CONSULTING, LLC., under the authority 41 U.S.C 1901(a)(1) implemented by FAR 13.501(a), exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement.

All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The work to be performed under this requirement shall be accomplished at the Contractor’s facility which shall be no more than 250 miles from Fort Moore, Georgia. The required service is:

EA Period of Performance: 11 March – 22 March 2024 USASOC intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with MAN IN THE ARENA CONSULTING, LLC., 1128 LAKE COMO DR, LUTZ FL 33558-5196, for required service. The applicable NAICS code is 238910. The sole source solicitation will be issued to MAN IN THE ARENA CONSULTING, LLC on or about 16 January 2024. Responses are due on 19 January 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.

The intended award shall be issued using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures), and FAR Part 19 (Small Business Programs). The solicitation number for this requirement is H92239-24-Q-3001. A redacted Justification and Authorization (J&A) will be posted in accordance with the FAR.
