Gallup Indian Medical Center - Notice of Intent to Single Source - Automated Logic Corporation - DDC Web Control System PM Service

Automated Logic Corporation – DDC Web Control System Monthly Preventative Maintenance Gallup Indian Medical Center The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Automated Logic Corporation for DDC Web Control System preventative maintenance service as required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) located in Gallup, New Mexico. The period of performance will be as follows:

Base Year:

03/01/2024 to 02/28/2025 Option Year One:

03/01/2025 to 02/28/2026 Option Year Two:

03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027 Option Year Three: 03/01/2027 to 02/29/2028 The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Automated Logic Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than Carestream Health, Inc. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Mr. Stephen J. Silversmith, Contract Specialist, at stephen.silversmith@ihs.gov by 10:00 AM MT on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.

Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
