The period of performance will be as follows: Base Year: 03/01/2024 to 02/28/2025 Option Year One: 03/01/2025 to 02/28/2026 Option Year Two: 03/01/2026 to 02/28/2027 Option Year Three: 03/01/2027 to 02/29/2028 The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Automated Logic Corporation in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available which, in this case, is an exclusive licensing agreement.
